As far back as 3000 years ago, Aztec and Maya people said colorful rituals enabled contact with their departed. Nowadays, Mexicans continue this tradition. Rather than cry and be sad, they organize festivals of worshiping those who have left. Local colors and spiritual messages of this holiday, known as the Day of the Dead, provided inspiration for us in creating this design.
Our “Dia de los Muertos“ (“Day of the Dead“) design consists of a detailed, colorful sugar skull on the hood of the car with dynamic, lethal snakes on the sides. A detailed grey background made with floral motifs gives character to the whole design. Don’t be afraid of death – it is only the beginning.
